SQM Crèche is situated in the rural area of Kwa-Mthethwa Reserve known as Mgazini, within the demarcation of Ward 9. SQM crèche is the vision of Mrs. Thembi Qwabe who organized a committee from the community to share her vision for the need for a Child Care center. The SQM crèche was established in September 2014 and registered in March 2015 is currently cares for 42 children with 2 teachers, 1 Supervisor, Administrator, yard maintenance, Cooker and a cleaner. The organization believes in the inherent potential in human beings that we ensure effective delivery of health, nutrition, education and social services as vehicles of social change.
